Where We Ship
Fruitia offers shipping to most USA states, territories, and even APO/FPO addresses.
Processing
We process orders during our normal business hours. Unless otherwise stated, please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to process your order. Orders received before 3PM PST are usually shipped on the same day.
We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes life throws us a curveball. (Ahem, Covid-19.) If we are experiencing longer than usual processing times, we will notify you either on our site or by email.
Shipping Rates & Timing
Fruitia is pleased to offer customers free shipping on all orders. An estimate of the time it takes to deliver your order will be provided on our website. Please remember that the time it takes to process your order is a separate estimate from the time it takes to ship and deliver your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We ship to 140+ countries from our Pittsburgh warehouse, so shipping times may vary based on the Courier used and shipping method.

- Global Post – 4 – 7 Business Days
- USPS International - 7 - 14 business days depending on Customs
Duty, Taxes and VAT are added at the checkout for the following countries, which will speed up Customs clearance at the destination -
Canada, UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, France, Mexico.
All other countries do not include the cost of duties and taxes. Depending on the policy of the Country, you may be required to pay additional fees to Customs at your destination.
Import duties are not applicable if you’re ordering from within your own region, but you may need to pay local sales taxes.
Tracking Your Order
